Shipping Policy
TruCore Peptides ships orders to verified U.S. business customers using reputable carriers. Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tracking information will be provided when available. TruCore Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following:
- Unopened and unused, with the original seal intact
- In original packaging, including all vials, labels, and inserts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the sensitive, research-grade nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal
- Products not stored according to listed handling instructions (e.g. refrigeration/freezing requirements)
- Items returned without proof of purchase or after the 30-day window
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this exclusion doesn’t apply. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
How to Request a Return
Email us at sales@trucorepeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions. Please do not send products back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
